How and when did you start training? I am 21 years old. I started training when I was 16 years old! I started weight training and haven’t stopped since! What are your top 3 exercises? How and when did you start training? My father played in the NFL, so athletics and training were always a part of my life. The first time I ever went to the gym I was 10 years old.
